DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience at Hotel Port Aux Basques on June 4 during “An Evening with Our Hometown Girl\, Chef Lacey Coffin\,” featuring Chef Lacey Coffin and Sous Chef Nicole Pittman. \nThis special evening will showcase a four-course menu celebrating local flavours and Newfoundland-inspired cuisine. Guests will enjoy dishes including watermelon and feta salad with blueberry maple balsamic vinaigrette\, champion fish cakes served with pork scrunchions and “bay” tartar sauce\, pork roulade with apple bacon dressing\, and blueberry bread pudding with salted rum caramel sauce. \nTickets are $75 per person.
