Penwaaq L’nu’k 2026 Mawio’mi

Experience two days of Mi’kmaw culture, music, dance, food, crafts, and community at the Penwaaq L’nu’k 2026 Mawio’mi in Cape St. George.

The event will feature traditional and contemporary entertainment, public dances, drumming performances, family garden parties, artisans, handmade crafts, food vendors, and special guest performers.

Highlights include performances by the Flat Bay Strong Women Drummers and Spirit Bay Drummers, along with a variety of cultural activities throughout the weekend.

🌧️ In the event of rain, activities will move indoors.
